When I created Richmond Hill Dental Design Studio my vision was to provide a practice where all specialties were taken care of under one roof. In my opinion, gone are the years of having to send or refer a patient to a periodontist, endodontist, or oral surgeon.
Dr. Steven Acker
BS, MS, D.D.S. / Dentist
Dr. Steve Acker was born and raised in Bronx, NY. He moved to Spring Valley, New York before high school and graduated from Spring Valley High School in 1972. He then attended Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY, where he earned a BS in Biology in 1976, and MS in Biomedical Engineering in 1977. He graduated from New York University College of Dentistry in 1980 with a DDS.
Olga Yampolsky

Their friendly demeanor, extensive knowledge, and gentle approach make them a perfect fit for our practice.
Dr. Victor Terranova, D.M.D.
Periodontist
Dr. Victor Terranova is a big personality at Richmond Hill Dental Design Studio and has a long and distinguished career in the field of dentistry. His expertise spans four decades in dentistry, having owned his own practice, previously holding a staff position at the National Institutes of Health and Columbia University, and is President of Cytotaxis, Inc. and Chief Scientific Officer for Contran Medical Technologies. Dr. Terranova performs all the oral surgery, implants, extractions. and maxillo-facial surgeries needed at the practice. He holds a dual degree having trained in all major maxillofacial surgical procedures. He has plastic surgery training and oral pathology training. In his spare time, Dr. Terranova enjoys skiing competitively, racing Ferraris, and participating in competitive tennis.
Vincent Circosta, D.D.S.
General Dentist
Vincent Circosta, D.D.S. joined Richmond Hill Dental Design Studio in 2021 Prior to this he completed a General Practice Residency at Montefiore Medical Center. A native of Staten Island, Dr. Circosta was part of the inaugural class of Touro College of Dental Medicine where he completed his dental training using the most state-of-the-art technology for the digital dentistry era. Dr. Circosta is accepting new patients at Richmond Hill Dental Design Studio.
Anthony Cirillo, D.D.S.
General Dentist
Anthony Cirillo, D.D.S. joined Richmond Hill Dental Design Studio in 2021 Prior to this he completed a General Practice Residency at Montefiore Medical Center. Originally from long island, Dr. Cirillo graduated from the prestigious New York University. Dr. Cirillo is currently accepting new patients at Richmond Hill Dental Design Studio.
Bruce Niedle, D.D.S. (Retired)
General Dentist
Bruce Niedle, D.D.S. joined Richmond Hill Dental Design Studio in 2019. Prior to this, he maintained a private practice for over 30 years. Doctor Niedle retired in September of 2021.. Richmond Hill Dental Design Studio will continue to treat Dr. Niedle's patients and continue his legacy.
